Usharani
Plan Manager
My name is Usharani, and Faithful Stewards Plan Managers was born from a genuine desire to serve others with integrity, compassion, and faithful stewardship.
My journey in the NDIS sector has given me the privilege of supporting participants and families in a variety of roles, including support worker, client onboarding officer, accounts receivable officer, and bookkeeper. Each of these experiences has given me valuable insight into the everyday challenges faced by both participants and service providers, while also helping me develop strong skills in financial management, organisation, and client support.
As I grew in these roles, I realised that my greatest strengths — attention to detail, financial accuracy, and a heart for helping people — were perfectly suited to NDIS Plan Management. This led me to establish Faithful Stewards Plan Managers, where my mission is to provide participants and their families with honest, reliable, and transparent financial support so they can have complete confidence in the management of their NDIS funding.
My Christian faith is the foundation of everything I do. The name Faithful Stewards reflects my belief that we are entrusted with the responsibility to manage what has been placed in our care with wisdom, integrity, accountability, and excellence. I see every participant’s NDIS funding as a trust that deserves to be managed faithfully and ethically.
My goal is to give every participant peace of mind, knowing their plan is being managed with professionalism and genuine care. By taking care of the financial and administrative responsibilities, I hope to free participants and their families to focus on what matters most — achieving their goals, building independence, and living fulfilling, meaningful lives.
Nishchal
Operations & Technology
Nishchal brings a strong background in information technology, software management, and project management, with extensive experience delivering organised, efficient, and reliable business solutions. His ability to streamline systems, manage complex projects, and oversee day-to-day operations helps ensure Faithful Stewards Plan Managers operate smoothly and consistently deliver high-quality service.
With a keen eye for detail, Nishchal is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, maintaining efficient workflows, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring our systems remain compliant with NDIS requirements and industry standards. His focus on governance, process improvement, and technology allows our team to provide participants with a dependable and responsive service.
As a fellow Christian, Nishchal shares the values that are at the heart of Faithful Stewards. He believes that integrity, honesty, accountability, and faithful stewardship should guide every decision we make. His commitment to serving others with excellence reflects our mission to honour the trust participants place in us and to manage their NDIS funding with diligence and care.
